A one-bedroom flat on a quiet stretch of Rua da Indústria, right in the middle of Alcântara — old factory blocks turned into cafés, the LX Factory a short walk away, and the river at the end of the road.
Inside it's simple and warm: a proper double bed under tall balcony windows, a desk with a monitor if you need to work, and everything a normal week needs — kitchen, dishwasher, washer, heating and A/C. Let yourself in whenever you land.

Availability
The apartment is open to friends from 25 August – 1 December. Nights already taken are greyed out in the calendar, so whatever you can select is yours.
Arriving, leaving, changing plans
- Check-in
- From 15:00, on your own. The building door and the apartment have a keypad. Alyona sends your personal door code by message the day before you arrive, so you can let yourself in at any hour.
- Check-out
- By 11:00. Leave the key code behind you and pull the door shut.
- Cancelling
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. Cancel 7–13 days before and half the stay is refunded. Inside 7 days the stay is non-refundable. You can cancel yourself from the confirmation page — the refund is worked out and sent back automatically.
